Amazing horsewoman Kayla driving a Chaar Appaloosa herd in Kyrgyzstan! 💪🏔️ To check on and move the herds, riders on Chaar horses often must ride out all day to remote locations in all weather. On this drive alone, they covered 60km in one day. These are hardy, resilient horses with a very strong work ethic that developed this way since ancient times to meet the needs of high mountain nomadic peoples. And they still live this way today.

In this clip you can also see expression of the “shuffle” gait carried in this breed that makes them very comfortable and efficient over distance.
